RE: Improvement works to existing car park and associated works at Spellman Park, Kildavin, Co. Carlow

Dear Sir/Madam,

You are invited to tender for works to the bove project at Spellman Park, Kildavin, on behalf of Kildavin/Clonegal GAA club.

The works will include but are not limited to 

  • Provision of tarmacaddam to proposed circulation roads
  • Delineation of proposed car parking areas using concrete kerbing
  • Resurfacing or proposed car park spaces and existing pitch viewing are with hardcore
  • Provision of line marking to circulation roads
  • Provision of surface water drainage to the proposed car park area
  • Provision of a new vehicular exit
  • Relocation of the existing pedestrian access gate
  • Works to the existing vehicular entrance and existing boundary wall
  • Provision of a green biodiversity strip to both sideas of the playing field
  • Provision of additional external lamp posts and LED lights
  • Replacing existing external security lights with LED bulbs
  • Replacing existing lights within the existing building with LED bulbs with the exception of the indoor playing area

The works are to be carried out on the grounds of an operational GAA club.  Access should be maintained to the playing area and the existing building (which houses a gym, indoor playing area and physiotherapy practice) throughout the works.

You are strongly advised to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for the above works.
