NFVSP 22-01 - Recruitment / Retention & Branding Initiatives for the Disability Sector

The healthcare sector in Ireland is experiencing significant recruitment and retention challenges with many service providers competing for staff. It has been noted by Federation members that the challenges associated with the recruitment and retention of staff are threatening the sustainability of the supports provided to people with disabilities, and coordinated action is needed to address these issues. The National Federation is now seeking an appropriate consultant / specialist to help us in supporting members to respond to this staff recruitment/retention crisis and devise collective solutions to address the current challenges.
