BOCSI South East - Works at Training and Craft Building at Belmont Park, for BOC. X91 NCX7

Works include glazing to existing timber windows, new uPVC window , new toilets, renovation of existing toilets, relocation of office, suspended grid ceilings, removal of redundant piping and conduits, painting and decoration, The works will be required to be carried out while the facility remains in use by the services. In order to facilitate this, the works will be carried out in two phases. The contractors will have unimpeded access to the works area of Zone 1 to carry out the works in the initial period of the works duration. When the works in Zone 1 are fully completed, the services users will then relocate into this Zone 1, and allow Zone 2 works to be undertaken. It is envisaged that a temporary timber screen will be constructed as per the plan, to facilitate separation of the Zones and the segregation of the work area from the services that carry on in the other zone.
