Detailed description:

Principal Contractor for enabling works consisting of the removal of the existing hall roof covering and supply and install of new roof covering. Removal of existing hall floor finishes down to existing slab, knocking through of existing dividing walls to form new openings, removal of existing entrance porch, construction of new entrance porch and entrance lobby, and works to upgrade existing glazed circulation corridor including replacement of glazing, beads and trims.
