The development involves the construction of a single storey arched roof multipurpose hall and a mono pitched single and two storey community centre building with meeting rooms. The building will be traditional steel framed, block infilled building, finished with cladding panels; built on an existing substructure platform, constructed to this building's design; with traditional prestressed concrete upper floor levels; anodised aluminium triple glazed external completions; seamed aluminium insulated curved and flat roof cladding, including canopy's; precoloured single coat plaster work finish, with natural stone in part; all internal finishes to meet community requirements; all internal services complete; all site works and services complete
