HSE15767 - Contract for Pharmacy Services to St Gabriel’s, Community Hospital, Schull, Co Cork

The scope of the contract is for the supply Pharmacy Services to St Gabriel’s, Community Hospital, Schull, Co Cork. The Contract duration will be for a term of 24 months with the option of extending for a further 2 x 12 month periods subject to review on an annual basis. A minimum termination notice period of 6 months will be required from the Service Provider in the event of cessation of the contract. It is intended to award the Contract to the Tenderer who, in the professional judgement of the Evaluation Group, submits the most economically advantageous tender having regard to the Award Criteria and Weightings outlined in the Invitation to Tender. Medicines ordered under the Contract will be on the basis of the Price submitted in this tender. The Price shall remain fixed for the duration of the Contract.The intended start date for the Contract will be October 2022.
