Project Support Services - Economic and Financial Consultancy service and Establishment of a Project Management Office

Irish Lights are tendering to appoint an experienced economic and financial consultancy service to assist Irish Lights to prepare and deliver the Strategic Assessment Report (SAR) and Preliminary Business Case (PBC) required under the Public Spending Code. In addition to this Irish Lights will require the establishment of a project specific PMO (Project Management Office) which can be handed over to dedicated project support resources at a later stage.
