NSS/CS/2022-01 - Design and Implementation of CRM and eDiscovery solutions for National Screening Service (Client Services)

NSS requires a provider to work with our services team to develop a CRM and eDiscovery platform, which will enable a search to be carried out across multiple databases and SharePoint to produce a report that can be shared with external stakeholders. The CRM solution and eDiscovery solution will be an internally used system for the NSS Client Services Team. The system that is required will have integration capabilities will all screening service systems that hold client data. Currently, there is no central system in place to manage client information and as such there is a large reliance on manual intervention to collate, manage and send client information. A large amount of information is stored locally on shared drives, excel files and email archives. There is a requirement for a large volume of data migration to migrate legacy data to the CRM solution.
