Dear tenderer

The tender should be completed and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, as set out in the ITT-W4-v1.3-07-01-2022 and be read in conjunction with the other tender documents which form part of the RFT.

The Particulars contained within the ITT outlines the format in which a
valid tender must be submitted. Below is a brief summary of section 4.5 however all
tenderers MUST read section 4.5 for detailed instructions:

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed envelope or box (outer envelope/box)
containing a series of separate inner envelopes which should contain:
1. Completed Volume B - Tender & Schedule
2. Completed Volume C - Completed Pricing Document - BOQ and Summar Cost Document.  Note both documents MUST be completed and returned
3. Suitability Assessment
