ME- Obs Division - Observations Data Processing and Storage Project - RFI

The purpose of this market consultation is to gather information about possible market solutions, including a general overview of project costs and total cost of ownership, for the modernisation of Met Éireann’s Observations Data Processing Infrastructure. Your response to this market consultation will be used to improve Met Éireann’s knowledge of possible solutions for (parts of) the problem domain. Also, your response will help Met Éireann to arrive at an optimal buy or make strategy. Please see attached document for detailed background information and a list of 20 questions. Met Éireann is interested in responses both from companies that can provide a full solution and those who can supply individual system components. If you are proposing only a partial solution to the problem domain, not all of the questions may be relevant.
