2216a - St Flannans College - Repairs to Existing School Roof
Dear Sirs,
You are invited to tender for the Summer Works Scheme - Repairs to Existing School Roof at St Flannans College, Ennis, Co. Clare, in accordance with the drawings and documents attached. You are advised to visit the site to satisfy yourself as to the nature, extent and scope of the works involved. Site visits can be arranged through Brian Foudy & Assocates - email - info@foudyconsulting.ie or Tel - 0656893565 if required.
Tenders are required to include for all normally associated items in their price. You are asked to note that all construction should be in accordance with The Department of the Environment’s “Acceptable Construction Details” which may be found at www.environ.ie/en/TGD (http://www.environ.ie/en/TGD). Also note the additional Works required by the clients to be included in the Tender Price.
You are asked to complete and return the Form of Tender & Pricing Schedule. Tenders that are not accompanied by a completed Pricing Schedule may be deemed invalid and not considered.
Tenders are to be returned not later than 12.00 noon on Friday 1st July 2022. The closing date for queries is Monday 27th June, with final clarifications being issued no later than Wednesday 29th June 2022.
Please Note: As this is a Summer Works sheme all works shall be completed by 26th August 2022
