Dear Sir or Madam,

Further to your recent expression of interest RFT 216418–7969 Supply High Strength Bolting Assembly which was published on etenders on 15th June 2022 and your subsequent submission of completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire re: a contract for the Supply High Strength Bolting Assembly, Iarnród Éireann now invites you to tender for the above referenced supply contract in accordance with the following documents:

Please note : As you have already demonstrated spec compliance in the PQQ, there is none included with the tender pack.

 

Pricing

Please note: Current contract expires on the 20/12/2022 and the new pricing commences on the date after this.

 

Tender Queries and Clarifications

All queries must be submitted no later than 17:00 hours on Friday 14th October 2022. All queries must be addressed through the etenders portal.

 

 

Evaluation of Tenders

Tender returns will be evaluated in accordance with the award criteria set out in Schedule 6 in the Standard Conditions of Tendering for the Supply of Goods

Your completed Tender Submission and any supporting documentation should be returned via the online eTenders portal, by 12 noon on Friday 28th October 2022.
