Provision of a new 80m² modular primary school classroom along with all site works and site services, at Scoil Bhríde, Lackagh, Co. Galway. The works shall comprise, 1) Removal of existing ground finishes to works area, 2) Installation of new foundations and drainage, 3) Installation/construction of new modular classroom building and access ramp/steps, 4) Installation of new mechanical and electrical installations including connections between new building and existing main school, 5) Fitting out of new building with fixed furniture and all internal finishes and decoration, and 6) Replacement of ground finishes on completion.
