Framework for Property Valuation Services for Valuations, Sales and Acquisitions - The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement (4 years) for the provision of property (Notes: within this document property means both buildings and land) and valuation services. The Framework Agreement will be established with 5 economic operators. This tender will have two distinct lots; Lot 1 - Professional Services for Property Valuation, Sales and Acquisitions (via non-statutory procedure (negotiation and agreement) only. Lot 2 - Professional Services for Property Valuation, Sales, Acquisition (via statutory and/or non-statutory procedure (Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) and Strategic Advice.
