22.67/D.01/AM Roof - ROOF REFURBISHMENT & ANCILLARY WORKS

FLAT ROOFS Cut & Seal all blisters, cracks etc in the existing asphalt finish. The asphalt will now act as the new VCL. Prime the asphalt (as necessary). Bond new Tissue Faced PIR Insulation with PU Adhesive. Bond new PVC Fleece Backed Membrane to finish. Install new anti slip, walkway system. COPPER ROOFS Replace 2 No. panels of welted copper roof with same in Location A & B. Remove the existing patched felt that's in place and install new patinated copper on WBP base with VCL and slip sheet. COPPER DORMERS Replace existing faces of 2 No. ex. Dormers with welted patinated copper. DRAINAGE Replace existing Downpipes
