CIE 7968 - Pension Management System & Pension Payroll System

To Whom It May Concern,

Regarding: the provision of a Pension Management System & Pension Payroll System for CIE.

You are Invited to Tender "ITT stage" for the supply of services as outlined in the attached Scope of Services of the Specification document.

 Enclose within the tender pack are the following documents:

  • Conditions of Tendering (including Declarations and Insurance questionnaire)
  • Specifications
  • Pricing Matrix (including summary of costs and acknowledgement for each lot)
  • Draft Contract
  • CIE Policies
  • Q&A template

 

Tenderers are reminded to read the documents carefully and ensure that all required information is submitted when in the uploading response documents. Tenderers should familiarise themselves with the Evaluation of Tenders process outlined in the Conditions of Tender “Award Criteria “. Please pay attention to the following;

        1. Clarification questions regarding Specification, Draft Contract and Pricing structure must be submitted via the messaging facility on Etenders before noon on the 29th August. All enquiries should be sent to Richard Latimer and submitted via the messaging facility on www.etenders.gov.ie
        2. Commercial information should be displayed only on the Tender Form and within the Pricing Matrix. These documents must be uploaded as a standalone files. The Acceptance tab of the pricing matrix must be signed / e-signed.
        3. Closing Date for receipt of tenders shall be; 12 noon GMT on the 9th September
