Dear Contractor,

 

You are invited to tender for the works outlined in the plans and scope of works document in this E-tender file.

You are advised to visit the site in advance of submitting your tender to ascertain any local conditions, which might affect your tender. Any claims arising from your failure to inspect the site will be rejected.

 

The Employer seeks to commence the works as soon as possible and you are required to advise on your Tender submission when you could commence the works and your time estimate for completion.

 

Your tender should be uploaded on the E- Tenders portal for these works prior to the deadline of

  5 pm on Wednesday the 8th June 2022.
