EST_MW_MC_PLY_EXT - Extension to HSE Mid-West Offices Plassey, Holland Road Limerick.

The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

You are invited to submit a Tender for the above contract complying with the enclosed Tender Requirements and Project Information and supporting documentation.

  • Volume B – Contract Documents
  • Volume C – Health and Safety
  • Volume D - Information Pack

Note: The Form of Tender document in Volume B must be returned to not invalidate the tender, as this is the formal contract figure and overall contract figure.

Any tender pricing documents required in Volume A such as the mechanical and electrical pricing documents must be included.

Site Visits:

A site visit is compulsory for any tendering contractors and must be carried out before the tender request for information deadline. For technical queries and for accessing site the tenderer will need to make the request in advance to the following HSE representatives:

Tenderers shall note that there will not be a facility to ask questions during any Client facilitated site visit; any queries which Tenderers may have must be submitted through eTenders QnA module.

Tender Returns:

The latest time and date for return of tenders is: 15:00hrs (3pm), Monday 4th July. Tenders to be returned via e-tenders only.
