Donegal Education and Training Board, invites you to tender for:-
Supply and installation of 2no prefabricated Classrooms and a prefabricated ASD unit together with all associated enabling works at Mulroy College, Rossgarrow, Milford, Co. Donegal. Roll No: 71220O
Work consists of the following: -
The supply, installation and completion of 2no prefabricated classrooms and a prefabricated ASD unit together with provision of all associated services, hard and soft landscaping and finishes
Please note the following: -
Works to be completed 36 working days, starting on the day this Contract comes into effect CA note: must accord with period stated in the Schedule to Contract (these prefabricated buildings are to be in situ before the beginning of the 2022 Academic school year)
Form of Contract
The form of Contract will be PW-CF6 – Short Public Works
Tender Returns
The latest time and date for the return of Tenders is: 12 Noon, Monday, 23rd May 2022.
Tender submissions must be:
- Tender submissions must be submitted via e tenders portal
- All documents must be sent in- pdf format and signed by the Tenderer.
- Tenders sent to any other address will be deemed to be invalid tenders.
- Unsigned or incorrectly signed Forms of Tender will likewise be deemed to be invalid tenders.
Queries
Queries must be submitted via e tenders portal.
All queries must be submitted as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than 5 working days before the latest time for receipt of Tender although the Employer may at its discretion respond to queries raised after that date. If the Employer responds to a query, it will send the response to each Tenderer, unless the Tenderer asking the query has clearly designated the query as confidential and the Employer agrees that it should be treated as confidential.
Tenderers are asked to submit the following as part of their tender submission:
- Itemised Pricing Schedule/Tender Breakdown
- Form of Tender and Schedule
- Contractor Declaration of Suitability
Basis of Assessment for Award Criteria
The basis of assessment of the Tenders will be lowest price, meeting in full the specialist/works requirements involved subject to Department Funding. These works are subject to funding been made available from DE.
