IDA Ireland is availing of Annex XIV under Directive 2014/24/EU, as transposed into Irish law by the European Communities (Award of Public Authorities’ Contracts) Regulations, 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the ‘’Regulations’’) using the Open procedure voluntarily advertising on etenders. IDA Ireland with over 25 offices around the world is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Business Development Consultant to represent IDA’s interests in South Africa with a remit to win new Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) for Ireland from the South African business community.
