DLR/2022/14 - Support and Maintenance of an Alcatel Lucent Voice System and OmniTouch Contact Centre (CCS)

Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council require tenderers to bid for the entire requirement specified in this document. Tenders addressing part of the requirement will not be considered, as it is intended that a complete solution will be procured from one provider. A Civic Hub has been deployed and operates a contact centre that is staffed by up to 25 simultaneous phone agents and four Supervisor licenses. These agents will have full “call centre” level functionality. The DLR Civic Hub is a highly visible, fully accessible, high quality, bright and efficient space for our customers to engage with their Council in a new and dynamic way. DLR requires the maintenance contract to support all hardware and software elements associated with their Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise PBX systems. Software support and upgrades to the latest released version by Alcatel Lucent is also to be included on a continuous basis.
