St Raphaels - Summer Works Heating Upgrade Project

The project is a School heating secondary distribution system upgrade. The existing system will be isolated and removed, and a new system installed in its place. The mechanical works involve the fit-out of the following systems: 1. Heating – Demolition and removal of existing distribution system complete with all components (LPHW) 2. Heating – Installation of new Low pressure hot water secondary distribution system throughout the school including radiators and 2-port controls. (LPHW) 3. Upgrade BMS connections & MCC Panel
