2854 - The Supply of Promotional Branded Merchandise for Human Resources

Dear Tenderers,

The Contracting Authority, in the first instance, intends to establish a single-party framework agreement for the supply of promotional merchandise for Human Resources Department. Initially a contract of two years’ duration will be awarded for the supply of particular branded promotional merchandise. Over the course of the framework agreement, the successful framework member may be required to provide alternative promotional material, depending upon need. 

It is anticipated that the items in question will feature the Hospital’s logo, either in full colour or as a single colour, together with a phone number, e-mail address and potentially a brief slogan.

Deadline for receipt of submissions is 28th April, 2022 at 12:00 noon and deadline for clarifications is 21st April, 2022.
