Dear Candidate,

As called out in the PQQ outcome letter you received on June 29th 2022 you are now being invited to participate in Stage 2 (RFT) of the above Competition.

You are advised to note the following:

• Candidates for Stage 1 will be referred to as “Tenderers” in Stage 2
• The following documents are included for Tenderers’ consideration

  • Díon RFT Annex 3 Data Management Overview.docx
  • Díon RFT Annex 4 Anticipated Future State.docx
  • Díon RFT Annex 5 Pricing Schedule FINAL.xlsx
• NOTE: “Díon RFT FINAL Stage 2.docx” and “Díon RFT Annex 1 Requirements and Specifications FINAL Stage 2.docx” both contain a small number of changes from the versions published with the PQQ in Stage 1. Tenderers must familiarise themselves with the changes and must ensure that their response is in accordance with these updated documents.
• For the avoidance of doubt, Annexes 2, 3, 4 & 5 all remain unchanged from the versions published with the PQQ in Stage 1.
• Tenderers are advised to pay particular attention to the key dates set out in the RFT document, namely
  • The RFT publication date
  • The date for the Tenderers’ briefing
  • The final date for receipt of clarification questions
  • The Tender Response deadline date
