IWA Donor Care Functionality - Provision of National Fundraising & Donor Care Functionality on Microsoft Dynamics (1)

Irish Wheelchair Association is seeking quotations from suppliers to develop specific functionality within our existing Dynamics 365 platform to enable strong management of donors and robust reporting. Donor data must be centralised and captured at source on a CRM. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is the organisation’s CRM for our customer base, clients, people who use our services and members and will also provide the software solution for fundraising. IWA will be working with Microsoft on this project through their Data cCenter Community Development team in collaboration with their Tech for Social Impact team. We wish to extend and enhance our Dynamics 365 environment through deployment of MS Dynamics 365’s Non-profit Accelerator particularly ‘Fundraising and Engagement’. The objective of the RFT is to seek responses for consideration for the deployment of MS Non-Profit Accelerator (based on our requirements) to IWA’s environment. This will include localisation and customisation of same to meet the data and business processing needs of our fundraising and donor care departments. While, at this time, we do not require all the modules within the Non-Profit Accelerator, our needs may evolve requiring future draw down of other functionality.
