Dear Sir/ Madam,

Iarnród Éireann invites you to tender for the above referenced supply contract in accordance with the following documents:

  • Specifications for all Lots exc Lot 19
  • Technical Specification for Small Plant Handheld Power Tools Checklist
  • Appendix 6 Pricing Document
  • Conditions of Tendering including Form of Tender
  • Conditions of Contract
  • Insurance Questionnaire
  • Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners

Please note that we have removed Lot 19-Rail Pulling Kit form the Tender process.

 Acknowledgement of Receipt of Tender:

Please complete and return the enclosed “Acknowledgement of Receipt of Tender” confirming receipt of the above tender documents and your intention or otherwise to submit a tender for these services.

Tender Queries and Clarifications:

All queries and RFIs must be submitted directly via  eTenders messages no later than 17.00 hours on Friday  the  10th  June  2021.

Tender Evaluations:

Tender evaluation criteria as stated in Appendix  5 of the Condition of Tendering Document.

Insurances

Please note that successful tenderer must provide evidence of the minimum insurance levels set out in the Conditions of Contract, prior to contract award.

Tender Returns

Your completed Tender Submission and all supporting documentation should be uploaded onto the eTenders portal not later than 12.00 noon  on Wednesday  15th June  2022.
