The Office of Public Works is seeking a Contractor on standby with sufficient knowledge, training, procedures, labour, plant and materials in place to enable Flood Relief Scheme flood barriers and ancillary fittings to be installed in the event of a flood event on the south of the River Blackwater in Fermoy, County Cork.
