WCCC 21/434 - Facilities Management of Residential Properties

Tenders are being sought for the provision of Facilities Management of Residential Apartment blocks on behalf of Waterford City and County Council, with an initial 3 year contract with a further possible 1 year extension thereafter. Waterford Council currently have 37 apartment blocks containing 222 apartments with a further 7 developments to be delivered over the next number of years containing a further 109 apartments which will be included in the service requirements including: • Building and Asset Management; • M&E Asset Management • Grounds Maintenance; • Cleaning & general maintenance; • Fire and Emergency; • Security; • Waste Management and Pest Control; • Communications Apartments blocks are located throughout Waterford City and County
