Re:      TD-22-1038_CONSTRUCTION OF A DWELLING HOUSE AND ALL ASSOCIATED SITE WORKS AT DRUMPHEA, GARRYHILL, CO. CARLOW.

 

Carlow County Council invites tenders for the above project, in accordance with the enclosed contract documents prepared by Carlow County Council.

 

The successful tenderer will be required, to produce the specified insurance and to enter into a contract embodying the usual conditions. Tenderers will be required to comply with Tax Clearance Certification Procedures, Health and Safety legislation requirements and to be a subscriber to the Sick Pay/Pension Scheme.

 

The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.

 

Tenders returned to address as outlined in email send to Contractors by eTenders website. Closing Date and time for receipt of tenders is 4.00pm on Friday 25th February 2022.
