The proposals include, but are not limited to the following: • Demolition of 4no. terraced houses • Construction of 4no. detached houses • New pedestrian and cycle link shared surface • New footpaths and kerbs • Introduction of raised table top traffic calming measure at Chapel Hill • Introduction of new raised tabletop at Joe McDonnell Drive • Removal and reconstruction of boundary wall at Chapel Hill and new pedestrian /cycle link • Associated landscaping and site works • Civil works including drainage, ducting and public lighting • New road markings
