Bus Eireann has evaluated the proposal and PowerPoint presentation that your company submitted in response to Tender for the Provision of Security Services. It is my pleasure to inform you that, after a preliminary evaluation of your proposal, you have been selected as one of the offerors to proceed to the “Best and Futher Offers” phase of the tender process.
Therefore, we invite you to submit a Best and Final Offer (“BAFO”) to Bus Eireann. We request a BAFO to be submitted, on or before 15th December 2021 at 14:00hrs to be considered for selection for contract negotiations. This is an opportunity to submit additional informal to support your tender and also to review your tender pricing. If tenderer does not intend to submit any additional information or review pricing, tenderer must confirm such through etender platform by or before the closing date.
This letter is only an invitation to participate further in the tender process; it does not convey or imply anything more. This letter is not intended to be a binding commitment to contract, nor will Bus Eireann be obligated in any manner until a formal written contract has been executed by all necessary Commonwealth officials. Accordingly, all activities in furtherance of this process, including your compliance with the conditions set forth in this letter, are considered to be at your sole cost and risk.
