Fermoy DSP Office Fit Out - Main Contractor for Office Fit Out for the Department of Social Protection (DSP) at Blackwater Centre, Fermoy, Co. Cork

The Scope of works for the DSP Fermoy project will provide a public reception, open plan office accommodation, interview rooms, a secure interview room, meeting rooms, staff canteen, a coms room, sanitary and changing facilities including a Part M compliant WC facility. The office accommodation will also comply with the specific security, confidentiality and access control requirements of DSP. The Fermoy office development will include CAT A and CAT B fit-out elements of the first floor of leased accommodation at the Blackwater Shopping Centre, Dublin Road, Rath-Healy, Fermoy. The total net internal area is approximately 338m2. This project will facilitate the consolidation of existing DSP services in Mitchelstown and Fermoy, Co Cork.
