Skerries Community College- Mechanical & Electrical Consultant to Assist with Replacement Lifts

The existing lift is an old style platform that is in the region of 20 years old and is unsuitable for wheelchair users and is therefore non-compliant with Part M of the Building Regulations and needs to be replaced. The lift is presently a 3 stop lift. The main body of work includes: • Removal and Disposal of the old Lift • Installation of new modern energy efficient traction drive lift • Completion of all associated Electrical and Builders work Please refer to the Project Brief included with the Tender Documents for further information
