Re: REBURHISHMENT WORKS TO 2No UNITS AT MAIN STREET, BORRIS, CARLOW AND ALL ASSOCIATED SITE WORKS

 

           

Carlow County Council invites tenders for the above project, in accordance with the enclosed contract documents prepared by Carlow County Council.

 

The successful tenderer will be required to enter into a contract embodying the usual conditions. 

 

The successful tenderer will be required to sign contract documents within 5 days of receiving offer of the contract, and works are to be complete within 5 weeks of signing the contract.

 

The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.

 

Tender returns are to be via eTender website not later that: 4.00pm on Wednesday 15^th December 2021.

 

Viewing of dwellings is scheduled for: Friday 19^th November 2021 from 11.00am to 12.00 noon.
