LFA21 - Supply of Custodial locks, high security locks, keys, and associated parts

Attached are details of exsiting locks 

You are now invited to Complete Appendix A Part 2 of the attached questionnaire and provide the following evidence:

1. Letter of undertaking to support or letter confirming status as an authorised distributor/supplier on the Suppliers headed paper dated 2021 as set out in Appendix A Part 2 (A7).
2. Complete the section specific experience section.

At this stage we are also inviting you to submit the following evidence:

1. Evidence of turnover for the past three financial years and
2. Auditor’s letter, ensuring the Candidate party has the financial capacity to pay its debts identified on the current statement of assets and liabilities as being the debts as they fall due and
3. Copy of insurances
4. Copy of your Health and safety policy (note if this is voluminous an overview may be submitted) B1
5. Copy of your Quality management certification ISO9001 certification or Copy of your Quality Statement or policy (note if this is voluminous an overview may be submitted) B2
6. Copy of your Environmental certification ISO 14001 certification  or Copy of your Environmental statement or policy (note if this is voluminous an overview may be submitted) B3.

The closing date for this response is 17th November 2021 at 16.00 queries may be submitted until 15th November at 16.00
