Pedestrian Walkway, Lighting and Fence Project
St Nicholas GFC invite tenders from competent contractors for the installation of public walkway, lighting and fence along an existing walkway that runs around the perimeter of the Grounds
The works are laid out in the Tender specification documents

The Conditions of Contract to be used are the “Public Works Contract for Small Public Works’ (PW-CF6) as published by Office of Public Procurement
Your tender should be duly signed and submitted in a sealed envelope, marked ‘Tender for Pedestrian Walkway, Lighting and Fence’ to:

No later than 12.00 on Friday 26th November 2021
E-mailed tenders shall be accepted if rec eived before the stated deadline and all required documents are attached and duly signed.
E -mail tenders should be addressed to secretary.louth@gaa.ie with the email subject titled ‘Tender for Pedestrian Lighting around Existing Walkway’
Documents to be included with both hard copy and emailed tenders are :
Vol. B – Form of Tender and Schedule (signed and completed)
Vol C – Pricing Schedule (signed and completed)
Completed and signed BPC 2 Form and any associated attachments
EVALUATION PROCESS
Your Tender will be evaluated using information provided in your Tender. Bidders are encouraged to respond with sufficient detail. The selection criteria to be used for assessing the tenders will be as set out below with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) being the contractor selected for the project (the contractor scoring the highest marks overall out of 100).
The key evaluation factors (in no particular order) will be:
Non Price Criteria:
The following items shall be scored with marks ranging from 0 to 20 with 0 being offered for a very poor or no response and maximum marks being offered for a very good response which exceeds the requirements.
Past Performance/Experience
Please submit information considered relevant to determine the company’s performance in completing past projects to the quality standards required, time performance, within budget, claims history, project management and end product value & submit information relating to the company’s previous experience in technical areas comparable to the tendered project within the last 5 years.

Technical Skills & Resources
Please submit details outlining the professional, technical and management ability, expertise and skills of key personnel to be part of the project team for this project. Outline details of the equipment, facilities and intellectual property which the tenderer intends to use on this project.

Delivery time
Please provide detailed programme of works in a bar chart format outlining the proposed timeframe and key programme dates.

Scores for price are based on the following method (note the lower the price, the higher the score):

- The lowest, or any tender prices, may not necessarily be accepted.
- ST NICHOLAS GFC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
- Referees will be contacted prior to the selection of the successful Tenderer.
