In summary, the Services comprise: A pilot project for the management and delivery of an end-to-end electric vehicle dealership award scheme. The successful tenderer will at a minimum: assess dealerships who opt into the scheme, analyse data provided by SEAI and the participating dealerships, run a mystery shopping experience, engage with dealerships, if necessary, to achieve a minimum level of participation and recommend electric vehicle dealership winners for each of the 26 counties. This scheme will conclude with a report to SEAI about the pilot project presented in around February 2022 subject agreed timelines at kickoff meeting.
