The National Shared Services Office invites tenders for the provision of a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Foundation Certificate in People Practice at a minimum of QQI level 5 or equivalent. The course must align with the latest CIPD Profession Map. The NSSO has a learning and development requirement to increase the overall knowledge of HR within the organisation.
