Dear Sir or Madam,
Please be advised that you have successfully passed the Pre Qualification Stage and are now invited to tender. Iarnród Éireann seeks suitably qualified vendors to supply, deliver and off load a number abd variety of load banks as specified in the tender document for the duration of the 4 year Qualification System. This will be down via a draw down system.
Iarnród Éireann previously issued a tender however none of the submissions fully complied with the award criteria set out in the Conditions of Tendering documents.
Vendors are advised to review the award criteria set out in the 7726 Conditions of Tendering document, Schedule 7 pages 34 & 35. Vendors must provide a response on each award criteria in order to be a compliant tender return. Each criterion must be addressed and supporting documentation must be provided

Please note that successful tenderer must provide evidence of the minimum insurance levels set out in Schedule D to the Contract, prior to contract award.
