Thank you for your Expression of Interest, via E-Tenders, in tendering for the proposed project above. The tender documentation is available to download from the eTenders portal.

ACDAL are seeling a single point full consultancy Design Team including: 

a)    Civil/Structural Engineer, 
b)    Quantity Surveyor 
c)    Project Supervisor Design Stage
d)    Sub-Soil / Geotechnical Site Investigation and Report by specialist
e)    Traffic Assessment Report by specialist
f)    Site Specific Flood Risk Assessment Report by specialist

ACDAL plan to expand their Enterprise Park by developing serviced sites for industrial / commercial units for sale or lease.  This involves the development of approximately 10 acres of their land to the north of the existing industrial units on the site. The site development works will include for: 
a)    Removal of unsuitable soil / fill, demolition of structures on the site, boundary markings for individual sub-sites, roadworks, associated underground services, public lighting and the like on the 10-acre parcel
b)    Revisions to the ACDAL boundaries and entrances adjoining the public road. 
c)    Works associated with a new pumped sewer from the ACDAL site to an Irish Water connection close to the village of Allenwood
d)    Other miscellaneous works to achieve these objectives.

The proposed Design Team will include for all investigation, design and planning work, procurement of contractor and supervision of the works to achieve the objectives above as well as the procurement and supervision of a contractor to carry out the works.

QUERIES WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING SITE VISITS BUT THROUGH E-TENDERS
