Procurement of competent service provider for the development of a Talent Solution for the North West Cross-border City Region

Donegal County Council in association with Derry City and Strabane District Council is inviting a suitably competent service provider, to develop and deliver a dynamic and innovative talent solution for the North West City Region. This initiative is in conjunction with and supported by The Executive Office and The Irish Government. For the North West City Region to grow international competitiveness, and effectively respond to new ways of working, there is a compelling need to harvest detailed information sufficient for due diligence and location selection and anonymised data on the types of skills and talent that are available to meet the demands of potential employers and investors and to ensure policy makers can make informed strategic decisions when allocating key resources. The overall aim is to leverage competitive advantage in the North West City region to create, a third party validated solution to significantly increase employment and investment opportunities in the region and build better resilience in response to global market trends
