Further to your successful pre-qualification submission for the supply of Survey services for Iarnród Éireann properties nationwide, I want to advise that you are shortlisted to participate in the Initiation to Tender stage of the tender process. There are two ITT packs; Lot 1 and Lot 2, which are attached in a zip folder in the documents section of e-tenders.
Candidates will only be scored against the advised award criteria in the Appendix 5 of the Conditions of Tendering following the closing date (1200, noon on Monday 1 November 2021) for the receipt of tenders.
Please note in the contract the following do not apply:
- Schedule A – a legal opinion; A6 (10) and advanced payment bond; A14 are not required for this contact
- Schedule B – contract extension
- Schedule E – form of advance payment bond
- Schedule J – data schedule
All tender queries must also be submitted via the e-tenders portal before 1200, noon on Monday 18 October 2021.
When uploading your submission, please upload all documents to e-tenders in one zip file and separate your methodology and programme from your pricing. You must complete the Form of Tender in the Conditions of Tenderering and submit with your tender response. I look forward to receiving your tender submissions.
