Re:  7807 - Surveys of Residential and IE Commercial Properties

The Contract the subject of this competition is a one for the provision of building and fire survey services at Iarnrod Eireann properties nationwide.

You are invited to submit a response for the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the provision of surveys of residential and commercial properties.  The decision to include applicants on the tender list will be based on the applicant’s successful response to the requirements of the pre-qualification stage.

This tender process is divided into two lots:

  • Lot 1 - Building Fabric Survey at Residential Properties
  • Lot 2 - Fire Safety Survey at Commercial Properties

Applicants can submit responses for a single lot or both lots.

Candidates will only be scored against the advised Minimum Pass/Fail Criteria and Selection Criteria following the closing date (1200, noon on Friday 3 September 2021) for the receipt of completed pre-qualification questionnaires.
