21P014 - SMS and IVR Managed Services Multi Party Framework

RTÉ Commercial operates and manages telecoms-related interactive services on behalf of RTÉ and is now seeking to select one or more preferred service providers for the provision of high volume SMS and/or IVR services, across a variety of media platforms, with an emphasis on TV and Radio. The range of services required may include a variety of competition mechanics, comment, vote/poll mechanisms and content services across varying tariffs. In addition, RTÉ will be seeking service providers who are quick to adapt to market trends or new requirements, with a proven track record demonstrating innovation and foresight in the market.
