Acknowledgement of Receipt of Tender:
Please complete and return the enclosed “Acknowledgement of Receipt of Tender” confirming receipt of the above tender documents and your intention or otherwise to submit a tender for these services.
Tender Queries and Clarifications:
All queries and RFIs must be submitted directly via eTenders messages no later than 17.00 hours on Wednesday the 27th Oct 2021.
Tender Evaluations:
Tender evaluation criteria as stated in Appendix 5 of the Condition of Tendering Document.
Tender evaluations will be based on awarding all 3 Lots as a single contract.
Insurances
Please note that successful tenderer must provide evidence of the minimum insurance levels set out in the Conditions of Contract, prior to contract award.
Tender Returns
Your completed Tender Submission and all supporting documentation should be uploaded onto the eTenders portal not later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday 03rd November 2021.
