GMIT Design & Build 2021 - GMIT Competitive Procedure with Negotiation - Single Operator Framework Agreement Design & Building

The Contracting Authority- GMIT proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Single Party framework agreement for Turnkey Design and Build, Modular Classroom and Office Accommodation and any additional works required during the life of the framework. The scope of the initial project involves the Design and Build a three-storey modular building to accommodate a mix of classroom sizes as well as additional office space and ancillary spaces, consistent with GMIT’s scoping documents. The overall available site area/ footprint is 25m long x 13.5m wide. The proposed spaces to be installed across the three floors. Please refer to SAQ for further details.
