Detailed description:

The provision of emergency mobile homes for the Traveller communities due to age, weather/storm damage and to prevent fire, health & safety issue. Dublin City Council givers notice to invoke Article 32 (2)(c) for a derogation from tendering for the provision of 2 mobile homes to replace mobiles in Traveller communities that are not fit for purpose supplied by Harry Farrell Mobile Homes.
