7751 - Supply and Delivery of Ballast Retention System

This is a call to competition Iarnród Éireann (IE) for the establishment of Qualification System (QS) for the Supply and Delivery of Ballast Retention System that may be required on an ad-hoc basis to various IE locations nationwide.

All requirements will be tendered to those companies who, at the time, have been successfully appointed to the QS. Requirements can be to various ad-hoc locations throughout the rail network. Please see PQQ document for further information.

The Qualification System, the subject of this competition, will be valid for 36 months with an option to extend additional for up to 24 months, (at IEs discretion) and will remain open for companies to join during the three year period, once they meet the evaluation criteria. The initial date on the front of the PQQ is so as to set up the qualification system.

The Qualification system will run from 04.08.2021 to 04.08.2024

All queries must be submitted in writing no later than Thursday 29^th July 2021 through the eTenders portal.

Tender Returns

Your completed PQQ document and any supporting documentation should be returned via the online eTenders portal, by 12 noon on Wednesday 04^th August 2021.
