Title: SUPPLY OF HYPER-CONVERGED INFRASTRUCTURE (“HCI”) SOLUTION AND BACKUP SYSTEM WITH ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR IARNRÓD ÉIREANN-IRISH RAIL (“IE”)

You are invited to tender “ITT stage” for the supply of Goods/Services as outlined in the attached HCI Specifications.

 Enclose within the tender pack are the following documents:

  • Conditions of Tendering (including Declarations, Insurance questionnaire)
  • HCI Specification
  • Pricing Matrix (including summary of costs and acknowledgement)
  • Mandatory Requirements schedule
  • System Requirements schedule
  • Framework Agreement
  • Policies

 

All enquiries should be sent to Richard Latimer and submitted via the messaging facility on www.etenders.gov.ie (http://www.etenders.gov.ie/)

Tenderers are reminded to read the documents carefully and ensure that all required information is submitted when submitting / Uploading tender response documents. Bidders should familiarise themselves with the Evaluation of Tenders process outlined in the Conditions of Tender.

You are asked to pay special attention to the following;

 

        1. Question /Queries on this tender must be submitted via the messaging facility on Etenders before 17:00 GMT on the 1 November
        2. The Framework Agreement structure must be accepted by tenderers as a requirement of the Conditions of Tender. Tenderers must confirm acceptance within their response. Negotiation of Agreement clauses will not be supported following an Award.
        3. Commercial information should only be displayed on the Tender Form and Pricing Matrix. These documents must be uploaded as a standalone files. Commercial information should not be disclosed within any other file.
        4. Tenderers must provide a response document to accompany the Mandatory and System Requirement schedules.
