EW2021 - Upgrade of Heating System at Cabinteely Community School - Emergency Works 2021

Cabinteely Community School St Ursula's Block which is a stand alone building (built in the 1960's) has a floor area of 1600M2 ,consisting of 13 classrooms, toilets and store rooms. The building has a below ground boiler house which floods and there are leaks in the heating pipework below ground The works consist of : installing a new above ground LPHW & Water Services plant, new LPHW& Water Services pipework c/w valves and insulation throughout the building, New radiators throughout the building. Room temp controls. Isolate remove redundant LPHW & Water Services Boiler house equipment, pipework and radiators.
